Yati Nurhayati is a Founding Partner at Atmos Law Office (Atmos L.L.P.), member of International Bar Association (IBA) and Asian Law Society Association (ALSA). She is an attorney, curator, mediator, and assessor while also served as associate professor of business and corporate law. Specialized in corporate law & dispute resolution, she has advised domestic and international clients on Indonesia complex regulatory framework and transnational legal issue.  Aside from her professional work, she has wrote several law book and legal studies and has frequently invited to become member of scientific review committee and speak on her expertise at international conference and corporate training programs.
